You will not be thrown straight into presenting and told to “just be confident”. Each week builds on the one before, so your confidence has somewhere safe and practical to grow.

Nervous System Reset

Understand what happens in your body when speaking feels stressful, including why your voice freezes, your mind goes blank, or your nervous system moves into protection mode.

Outcome: You stop fighting your body and start learning how to work with it.

Week 2

Anchor Framework

Learn how to structure what you want to say using one anchor statement, three key points and one clear call to action.

Outcome: You know how to build a clear message without winging it or overthinking every word.

Week 3

Communication Code

Explore voice, presence and the 5 Cs of confident communication: clear, concise, consistent, connect and courage.

Outcome: You learn how to speak in a way that sounds grounded, honest and still like you.

Week 4

Bring It All Together

Integrate your nervous system tools, message structure and delivery skills into one real speaking moment.

Outcome: You complete the course having practised speaking with more confidence.

By the end of 30 days

Questions before you start?

Totally normal. Buying a course should not feel like solving a tiny legal puzzle in your spare time.

When does the course start?

The course starts on 2 July. You will move through the course over 30 days, with a clear weekly focus to help you build confidence step by step.

How much time do I need each day?

Aim for around 20 minutes a day. The course is designed to be practical and manageable, not another giant thing on your to-do list wearing a fake moustache.

What if I get really nervous when I speak?

That is exactly why this course starts with your nervous system. You will not be pushed to perform before you have tools to help you feel steadier and safer.

Do I need to be good at public speaking already?

No. This course is for people who want to build confidence, not people who already feel completely comfortable speaking. You can start exactly where you are.

Is this about becoming more polished or performative?

No. The goal is not to turn you into someone else. The goal is to help you speak with more clarity, steadiness and confidence as yourself.

What happens after the 30 days?
