Privacy Policy

Jennifer Natale ("I", "me", "my") provides presentation, public speaking, communication and leadership coaching and training, including The Presenters Circle. This policy explains what personal information I collect, why I collect it, and how I look after it. I aim to handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What I collect
- Your name and email address when you register for a masterclass, download a free resource, join a waitlist, buy a program or get in touch.
- Your answers to any questions on a registration form, for example what you would like help with.
- Your phone number, if you choose to give it to me.
- Purchase details when you buy something from me. Payments are processed by Kajabi and its payment providers, and I never see or store your full card details.
- Basic website and email activity, such as pages visited, emails opened and links clicked.
How I collect it
- Through forms on my website, which runs on Kajabi.
- Through Facebook and Instagram lead forms when you register via one of my ads.
- When you email or call me, book a session, or attend a session or program.
Why I use it
- To give you what you signed up for, including joining links, reminders and access to programs.
- To send you emails about my masterclasses, programs and services, where you have agreed to receive them.
- To understand what is most useful to the people I work with, so I can improve my content and programs.
- To measure and improve my advertising.
- To meet my legal, tax and record keeping obligations.
Who I share it with
I do not sell your personal information. I use trusted services to run my business, and they handle information on my behalf:
- Kajabi: website, forms, email and payments
- Meta: Facebook and Instagram advertising and lead forms
- Make: moving registrations between my tools
- Google: storing registration lists
- Zoom: live online sessions
Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States. I may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Emails and unsubscribing
Every marketing email I send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email me and I will remove you.
Cookies and advertising
My website uses cookies and similar tools, including the Meta pixel, to understand how people use the site and to show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. You can manage cookies in your browser settings and your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.
Keeping your information safe
I take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. I keep it only for as long as I need it for the purposes above or as the law requires.
Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask to see, update or delete the personal information I hold about you by emailing me. I will respond within 30 days.
Questions and complaints
If you have a question or a concern about how I have handled your information, please email me and I will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with my response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes to this policy
I may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be on this page.
