"Jen is an exceptional trainer. She made each session easy to understand and I loved her use of humour to help us get though the tough stuff"
I thought it was very good in helping to explain what people with mental health issues are going through. It opened a window into the thoughts and feelings and emotions of people with mental health problems and how isolated and scared they can feel.
Very worthwhile and relevant course for not only my professional life but my personal life also. Highly recommended.
